Your previous experience in a childcare position, combined with a passion for early childhood and a willingness to learn will enable you to thrive in this role. You will have experience in working with children with additional needs, and communicating effectively with a diverse range of parents, staff and key stakeholders.
In addition, you must possess a Diploma in Children's Services and should be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework including programming and possess previous industry experience. You should also possess a current First Aid Certificate and the desire to make a positive contribution to the local community.
